My Dad and I broke down at the Sentara Heart Hospital in Norfolk a couple weeks ago, right after he had a procedure. We have AAA and they assigned Omega Towing to us. Mark called to be sure we knew their ETA and his driver, Al, came and picked us up and drove us all the way back to Sunbury NC. We had the pleasure of riding in the truck with Al, who made a very frustrating day end much better. It’s never comfortable for the passengers or the driver to have to ride together in the front of a tow truck, but we had to since it was 50 miles away from home, and Al made it feel like we were sitting in his living room with him. We had great conversations with him. The whole outfit is very professional and a huge help in a time of great need. Thanks y’all!

Mark at Omego Towing was our hero! We found ourselves in a difficult situation on Interstate 64 on a Sunday morning where we were dragging a metal shield that came loose under our car. With all repair shops closed a no mechanics available at gas stations, Mark worked a miracle & found a mechanic who was willing to travel 30 miles in a very quick turnaround to help us and send us safely on our way to get home. Mark was helpful, knowledgeable, & empathetic to our dilemma/crisis. We are so grateful for his help!
